was inaugurated in March 1998 as a ten years birthday gift to the owner of Sabines Cafeteria in Copenhagen, Tim Christiansen, who is also team manager. The riders consist of a bunch of guys that had been riding together and had a common home base at the Sabines, either as customers or as waiters: a couple of journalists, jazz musicians and waiters, a bicycle constructor, a poet, a jazz mag editor and a few other guys.
